Immediately after the events of The Cult of Chucky, we find in the small hometown of Charles Lee Ray a market on which there is a Good Guy doll bought by Jake, a fourteen-year-old boy with problems in relating to schoolmates and in conflict with his father. because of his homosexuality. After a series of events that put the boy in difficult situations, it is discovered that the doll, Chucky, is alive and has returned to the place where he was born with a purpose and with a great desire to claim victims.Andy Barclay, on the trail of the dolls and the person in which Chucky has transferred part of his soul, returns with Kyle with the intent of killing him once and for all willing to end the nightmare. Tiffany, Chucky's lover and accomplice, also returns.
In each episode there is a series of flashbacks that show the past of Charles Lee Ray and, in part, of Tiffany.
