Anna Habert, a French archaeologist, was declared dead in an attack in Egypt in 2012. However, her brother Antoine, an architect, believed he recognized her in 2014 during a television report on an international battalion working alongside troops of Kurdish Combatants of the Units. for the protection of women (YPJ) fighting against Daesh in a collapsing Syria.
