Milwaukee, 1991. Jeffrey Dahmer is arrested by the police. Investigators discover several dismembered bodies in his apartment, bones and numerous human remains. A few years earlier, in 1966, young Jeff had a complicated childhood in his family. His parents' marriage collapses before his eyes and the two end up separating a few years later. Jeffrey then finds himself alone struggling with his own insane urges.
